Inter Excel Tourism Academy Terms and Condition for Enrolment
The following are the terms and conditions for joining Inter Excel Tourism Academy. By enrolling in the academy, you agree to abide by these rules and regulations:
  • You must be at least 17 years old and have a high school certification or equivalent qualification.
  • You must complete the required training courses and assessments within the specified time frame.
  • You must adhere to the academy's code of conduct and dress code.
  • You must pay the tuition fees and any other charges in full and on time as per the payment scheme.
  • You must notify the academy of any changes in your personal or contact information.
  • You must respect the rights and privacy of other students, instructors, and staff members.
  • You must comply with the academy's policies on attendance, academic integrity, plagiarism, and discipline.
Refund Policy for Inter Excel Tourism Academy Sdn Bhd
In the event of any request for course withdrawal or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we offer the following refund policy:

  • If you cancel your enrollment at least 45 days before the course starts with valid reason (by sending an official letter (by post) or via email to contact@excelmalaysia.com you will receive a full refund of any advance course fee paid.  However, the registration fee & external fee paid to our Ireland counterparts are strictly non-refundable.  
  • If after made the full fee payment and you decided to cancel your enrollment within the first week of the course, you will receive a 50% refund of the course fee.  Registration & external the registration fee & external fee paid to our Ireland counterparts are strictly non-refundable
  • If you cancel your enrollment after the first week of the course, you will not receive any refund, unless there are exceptional circumstances that prevent you from continuing the course, such as medical emergencies or family bereavement. In these cases, you will need to provide proof of your situation and request a refund in writing. We will review your request and decide on a case-by-case basis whether to grant a partial or full refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for courses that you have completed or failed to complete due to your own negligence or misconduct.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other reasons. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to transfer to another course or receive a full refund.
