Cabin Crew Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Develop lesson plans and ensure quality delivery of classes, training, seminars and workshops etc
• Develop learning materials, assignments, slip tests, as well as monitor student progress, achievement and attendance etc.
• Maintain high teaching quality and ensure student discipline, mannerism
• Provide academic feedbacks on the programmes/subjects and suggest improvements if necessary
• Conduct soft skill & behavioural training, specifically communication skill, grooming, customer service skill and team building etc
• Maintain professional relationships with all students and able to provide pastoral care and support to students.
